What we collect, and why.

Who we are

KG Intelligence is the company behind the MLmargin product. This privacy notice covers kgintelligence.com. The product site at mlmargin.com has its own privacy notice.

What we collect

By default, we collect nothing beyond what your browser sends in any HTTP request (IP address, user-agent — held in standard server logs by GitHub Pages, our hosting provider).

If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we additionally load:

  • Google Analytics 4 — aggregated page-view and event data. We enable IP anonymization. Google's data is processed on our behalf under their Data Processing Terms.
  • Hotjar — anonymous heatmaps and session recordings to understand how visitors use the site. PII is suppressed by default. See Hotjar's privacy policy.

If you click Reject, neither script is loaded — no cookies are set, no events sent. Your decision is stored in localStorage on your browser.

Email

When you email us at info@kgintelligence.com, your message and email address sit in our company inbox. We use them to reply and to remember the conversation if you reach out later. We don't add you to any marketing list.

Your rights

Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar regulations you can:

  • Ask what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Withdraw consent for analytics — click Cookie preferences in the footer and choose Reject.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters to you, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, ask for fresh consent.
